We’ll have a candid conversation after which an NDA is normally put in place. I’ll follow up with a formal proposal which will include a scope of work, consulting fee, expected deliverables, travel cost estimate (when applicable) and a project timeline.

Some of the benefits of consulting with me:

  • I’ve been in this game for 35 years — I’ve seen, and done, a lot.
  • I’ve been lucky enough to have worked with a great blend of brands — from the startups who know next to nothing to the national brands who maybe know a little too much
  • I’m a writer by discipline, so no matter what we’re talking about, I’m coming at it from a consumer perspective
  • I’ve worked for agencies and directly for brands; the former developed my problem-solving abilities, the latter has made me incredibly pragmatic
  • I’m no stranger to the Boardroom — I can sell as well as think
  • When it comes to being out front in the nutrition world, I practice what I preach: concierge doctor, intense training methodologies, quarterly biomarker testing, advanced supplement usage, semi-annual food sensitivity testing, plus whatever’s next
  • I’m at Expo West and East every year, plus other shows that interest me. I love talking with/grilling the exhibitors, always looking for the holes in the story

“The thing about Eric is that it’s not difficult to figure out what that thing is after meeting him for the first time. He’s not your typical “I’m-not-going-to-compromise-my-precious-One-Show-Pencil-“lock”-creative-idea-even-though-it’s-off-strategy” Creative Director. He solves clients’ business problems with an idea and THEN he figures out what the best creative expression of that idea should be and in what medium. And the reason he’s so good at that is because he understands the problem due to his in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and category. Eric isn’t just a Creative Director, he’s a partner. I can’t wait until the day we work together again.”

— Tedd A. Aurelius, VP, Head of Marketing & Advertising at CapCenter

— Steve Kosloski, 25-year ad exec who went client side and discovered doing great work and having a life really can coexist
